Our journey started in 2001 with a grantor/grantee data entry project. After a number of back plant data entry projects, our relationship has evolved to title plant data entry, search and exam and policy preparation.The HDEP staff readily learns underwriting practices and adapts to any necessary changes.When new title report products are introduced, the staff is quick to understand and process accordingly. HDEP has provided indexing services for our company over the past 15 years. Their attention to detail and error free indexing is second to none. We built our title plant in 2000 and HDEP’s insight and database knowledge was an important factor to the success of our project. We tried a few competitors to index a portion of the initial title plant and they failed miserably. The competitors indexing errors were unacceptable and caused us to re-index and repair our database at a substantial cost. Since HDEP has dexed our daily recordings we have found no errors and we have not suffered any title claims or losses. We attribute our success to HDEP’s integrity, index verification, quality controls and network security they have
