HDEP International’s outsourcing facilities in Manila, Philippines were up for the challenge with the expanded ISO requirements this year. After the full review, we were once again awarded the latest ISO certification for information security and business continuity – ISO 27001:2013.
With this certification, our customers can be confident that HDEP has the policies, procedures, training and disaster recovery plans in place to safeguard our customers’ data.
The ISO 27001:2013 certification is the most coveted international information security certification and requires a rigorous review and implementation of all policies and procedures at a company. More about what is required to attain this certification can be found in a previous ISO certification article here.
HDEP International is honored to be designated as an Elite Provider by the American Land Title Association (ALTA).
The Elite Provider application process requires applicants to submit extensive financial background and references that reflect a history of working effectively with and for title agencies and underwriters. The minimum 10 references required are detailed in nature and extensively reviewed by ALTA staff. Further information about the program can be found at: https://www.alta.org/elite/
This ALTA certification replaces a substantial portion of the effort that customers spend when vetting a supplier. HDEP International’s references have already been checked by ALTA staff, and the financial viability of the company has been validated by ALTA.
With this part of the vendor due diligence process completed, potential customers can focus on evaluating the technical competence of HDEP staff in the specific title plant or title production projects that are being considered.
